Retired and Senior Program of Burlington County

Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Burlington County is looking for persons 55+ to volunteer in diverse programs such as: advisory councils, tutoring and mentoring, driving veterans  to health care appointments, and many more! Additionally seeking volunteers to co-teach health related workshops.  Training is provided.  Free RSVP membership provides recognition and supplemental accident insurance coverage.

Burlington County Municipal Alliance Network

Burlington County Municipal Alliance Network works with, and is funded by, the Governor's Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, county and local government.  Municipal Alliances plan, coordinate, and conduct alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse prevention activities to benefit communities.  There are 26 alliances serving 33 communities in Burlington County.  Local events and projects need input and support.  There are many volunteer opportunities for adults and groups of supervised teens.  Call the County Municipal Alliance Coordinator at 609-265-5538   Elfrieda Francis,

United Planet

United Planet is an international non-profit organization that provides local as well as international volunteer programs to communities in need spanning over 40 countries. These programs known as "Quests" strive to create cross-cultural understanding, foster lasting relationships and provide meaningful service to the world.  Quest programs are available as short-term lasting from 1 to 12 weeks or long-term which can last 6 months to a year.

Margaret Donnelly O’Connor Education Center at Ethel R. Lawrence Homes

Margaret Donnelly O’Connor Education Center at Ethel R. Lawrence Homes is in need of high school or adult volunteers who are willing to tutor 1st – 8th grade ERLH children in all subjects during our afterschool enrichment program.
