Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter (FOBCAS) Needs Volunteers

Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter (FOBCAS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2010 as the volunteer program for Burlington County's only animal shelter. Since our founding we have grown bigger and better every year, and we're always looking for new ways to improve the lives of our shelter animals and the county's pets at large. • How to Help: We are always in need of volunteers to help with dog walking, cat cuddling, kennel enrichment, grooming, fostering, bottle-feeding kittens, events and fundraising, office work, photography and online posting, giving tours, transporting pets, and more.• Learn More About Volunteering: Visit our website at www.FriendsofBCAS.org or our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/FOBCAS to learn more about what you can do and how to start.• About the Burlington County Animal Shelter (BCAS):Established in 1980 by the Burlington County government, BCAS is Burlington County's only animal shelter and is responsible for the care of all stray and homeless animals in all 40 townships in the county. BCAS has made great strides in becoming a no-kill shelter, but it is only through volunteerism and community support that we can hold onto that success.
